Dashboard Overview
The Dynaris dashboard is your central workspace. It is split into two main areas: the chat panel on the left and the data panel on the right.
Chat panel
The left side of the dashboard is a conversational interface where you interact with your AI agents. Type a message describing what you need, and Dynaris handles the rest.
The chat supports:
- Natural language requests -- Ask for anything in plain English. "Follow up with all leads from last week" or "Schedule a call with John tomorrow at 3pm."
- Streaming responses -- See your agent's progress in real time as it works through tasks.
- Tool call visualization -- When agents use tools (searching contacts, sending emails, etc.), you can see exactly what they are doing and the results they get back.
- Quick cards -- Suggested actions that appear based on context, letting you take common actions with a single click.
Data panel
The right side contains five tabs for managing your data:
Events
The events feed shows a real-time stream of activity across your connected tools. When a new email arrives, a Slack message is posted, a Google Drive file is updated, or a scheduled workflow fires, it appears here. Each event shows its source, timestamp, and status.
Contacts
A built-in contact manager where you can:
- View and search your contact list
- Add new contacts manually or import from CSV
- Edit contact details inline
- Track contact status (pending, in progress, completed)
- Archive contacts you no longer need
- Schedule follow-ups for individual contacts
Schedule
View and manage your scheduled workflows. Each entry shows the schedule type (one-time, recurring, or rate-based), the next execution time, and the status of past executions.
Files
A file browser for documents and assets stored in your workspace. You can upload files, view thumbnails, and open files in an editor. Supported formats include PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images, and more.
Knowledge
Your AI knowledge base. Documents uploaded here are vectorized and made searchable by your agents. When you ask a question, agents can pull relevant information from your knowledge base to give more accurate, context-aware responses.
Sidebar
The left sidebar provides quick access to:
- Session history -- Past conversations organized by channel
- File browser -- Quick access to your files
- Connectors -- Manage your tool integrations
- Triggers -- View and configure event triggers
- Feedback -- Send feedback to the Dynaris team
