What is Dynaris?
Dynaris is your AI Front Desk built around the triumvirate of Email, Chat, and Voice -- fully interconnected. Not three separate tools. One system where every channel shares the same contact record, conversation history, and agent logic. It answers every call, replies to every email, and engages every chat -- 24/7. The goal: never miss an inquiry, never drop a follow-up, never lose a lead. It connects to your existing tools (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Twilio, WhatsApp, HubSpot, etc.) and uses specialized AI agents to respond to inbound leads in under 2 minutes, run follow-up sequences across channels, and book meetings. Is there a free tier?
No. Dynaris pricing is gated to a demo. Book a demo to learn about plans and pricing.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when your agents perform actions -- sending emails, searching contacts, making API calls, etc. Your plan includes a credit allocation. Contact your account team for details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Contact sales@dynaris.ai for billing questions.
Features
How many integrations does Dynaris support?

Can I create my own agents?
Yes. The Workflow Architect lets you design custom agents tailored to your specific business needs. Describe the agent's purpose and capabilities, and Dynaris builds it for you. See Building Custom Agents.
What is Auto Mode?
Auto Mode lets Dynaris operate fully autonomously. When enabled, every incoming event (emails, messages, triggers, calls) is processed automatically without requiring your approval. That means every inquiry gets a response, every follow-up runs on schedule, and no lead sits unanswered. See Auto Mode.
Can Dynaris make phone calls?
Yes. With the Voice add-on, Dynaris can make and receive phone calls using AI voice agents. Voice agents handle conversations naturally and can take actions during calls (book meetings, look up contacts, send follow-ups). See Voice Agents.
Can I deploy my own tools?
Yes. Using Custom Servers (MCP), you can deploy your own tool servers from GitHub repositories. Dynaris runs them on managed infrastructure and makes them available to your agents. See Custom Servers.
Security & privacy
How is my data secured?
- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Integration credentials are stored in an isolated credential service
- OAuth tokens are managed securely with automatic refresh
- No passwords are stored by Dynaris
Who can access my data?
Only your account's agents can access your data. Dynaris uses JWT-based authentication and multi-tenant isolation to ensure data separation between accounts.
Can I revoke access to an integration?
Yes. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Connectors panel. This immediately revokes Dynaris's access to that service.
Will Dynaris miss leads if I do not use Auto Mode?
Without Auto Mode, events appear in your dashboard for manual review. You choose when to process them. For continuous response (every inquiry answered, every follow-up sent), enable Auto Mode. See Why Dynaris for the full picture.
Troubleshooting
My integration is not working
- Check the connection status in the Connectors panel
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Make sure you granted the required permissions during OAuth
- Test with a simple action (e.g., "List my Gmail emails")
My scheduled workflow did not run
- Check the Schedule tab for execution status
- Verify you have sufficient credits
- Confirm the schedule is active (not paused)
- Check the Events feed for any error details
My agent gave an incorrect answer
- Check if the relevant information is in your Knowledge Base
- Update or add documents with the correct information
- Try rephrasing your request with more specific details
- Remove outdated documents that may contain conflicting information
