What are credits?

Credits are the universal unit of usage in Dynaris. Every action your agents take consumes credits:

  • Sending an email uses credits
  • Searching your contacts uses credits
  • Making an API call to a connected tool uses credits
  • Running a web search uses credits
  • Making a voice call uses credits (voice calls consume additional per-minute credits)

The exact credit cost varies by action. Simple operations (listing contacts, searching emails) use fewer credits than complex ones (web research, document analysis, voice calls).

Credit management

Checking your balance

View your current credit balance and usage history on the Usage page, accessible from the sidebar.

Purchasing additional credits

If you run out of credits before your billing cycle renews, you can purchase more on the Usage page. Credits are added instantly.

Auto-recharge

Enable auto-recharge to automatically purchase credits when your balance drops below a threshold. Configure:

  • Trigger threshold -- Purchase when credits fall below this amount
  • Recharge amount -- How many credits to add each time

This ensures your workflows are never interrupted.

Usage tracking

The Usage page shows:

  • Activity tab -- A timeline of credit-consuming actions with details
  • Credits tab -- Current balance, usage trends, and purchase history
  • Billing tab -- Invoices, payment methods, and subscription details

Usage charts show your consumption patterns over time, helping you choose the right plan.

Voice add-on

Voice Agents are available as an add-on to any paid plan. The voice add-on includes:

  • Voice agent creation and management
  • Twilio phone number provisioning
  • Per-minute call billing
  • Real-time transcription

Custom servers

MCP server deployments are billed separately based on the server configuration:

  • CPU and memory allocation -- Choose the right size for your workload
  • Uptime billing -- Pay for the time your server is running

Server pricing is visible on the Servers page when creating a new deployment.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans include:

  • Custom credit allocation
  • Dedicated infrastructure
  • Priority support
  • Custom integrations
  • SLA guarantees

FAQ

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your agents pause until credits are replenished. Scheduled workflows are queued and resume once credits are available. Enable auto-recharge to prevent interruptions.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the Pricing page. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits are replenished at the start of each billing cycle. Check your plan details for rollover policies.
