Connect your Gmail account to let Dynaris agents send, receive, search, and manage your email.
Connecting Gmail
- Open Connectors in the sidebar
- Find Gmail and click Connect
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant the requested permissions
- You are redirected back to Dynaris with Gmail connected
What agents can do
Send emails
"Send an email to john@example.com introducing our product"
The Gmail agent drafts and sends emails on your behalf. It uses your Knowledge Base and contact information to personalize the content.
Search your inbox
"Find all emails from acme.com in the last week"
"Search for emails with the subject 'invoice' that are unread"
Manage labels
"Label all emails from the marketing team as 'Marketing'"
"Move emails older than 30 days from Inbox to Archive"
Draft emails
"Draft a follow-up email for my meeting with Sarah but do not send it yet"
Drafts are saved in your Gmail Drafts folder for review.
Thread management
"Reply to the latest email thread with John about the Q4 proposal"
The agent finds the correct thread and sends a contextual reply.
Event triggers
With Gmail triggers enabled, Dynaris can automatically process:
