Slack Integration

Connect Slack to let your Dynaris agents send messages, read channels, and respond to activity in your workspace.

Connecting Slack

  1. Open Connectors in the sidebar
  2. Find Slack and click Connect
  3. Select the Slack workspace you want to connect
  4. Grant the requested permissions
  5. You are redirected back to Dynaris with Slack connected

What agents can do

Send messages

"Post a message in #sales saying 'New lead from Acme Corp -- assigned to team'"

"Send a DM to Sarah with the meeting notes from today"

Read channels

"Summarize the last 20 messages in #general"

"Check if anyone mentioned our product launch in #marketing today"

Manage threads

"Reply to the latest thread in #support about the billing issue"

Event triggers

With Slack triggers enabled, Dynaris can respond to:

  • New messages in specific channels
  • Mentions of keywords or your name
  • Direct messages sent to the connected account

Use cases

  • Team notifications -- Post automated updates about lead activity, scheduled tasks, or completed workflows
  • Slack-first workflows -- Ask agents to respond to questions or requests that come through Slack
  • Daily reports -- Send end-of-day summaries to team channels
  • Alert routing -- Forward important events from other tools to Slack channels

Tips

  • Connect to the right workspace -- Make sure you are authorizing the Slack workspace where your team operates
  • Use channel targeting -- Be specific about which channel or person to message
  • Combine with other integrations -- "When a new GitHub issue is created, post a summary in #engineering"
