Integrations Overview

Dynaris connects to over 200 apps and services. The triumvirate of Email, Chat, and Voice is at the core: Gmail/Outlook for email, WhatsApp/Slack for chat, Twilio for voice. All three share the same contact record and orchestration layer. This section covers the integrations you need to launch and operate the platform.

How Integrations Work

Most integrations use OAuth to connect Dynaris to an external service. Once connected, your agents can:

  • Read data from the connected service
  • Create and update records
  • Trigger actions (send messages, create tickets, update records)
  • Listen for events (new emails, file changes, form submissions)

Voice (Twilio) and WhatsApp use API keys and Meta Business credentials. See the individual integration pages for setup.
