Scheduling & Automation

Dynaris lets you schedule workflows to run automatically -- on a recurring basis, at a specific time, or at regular intervals. Scheduled workflows execute autonomously with full access to your agents and connected tools.

What you can schedule

Routines -- Recurring workflows that fit your rhythm: morning check-ins, weekly reviews, or monthly reports.

Intervals -- Workflows that run on a cadence you choose, from hourly to daily.

One-time -- A single run when you need it: later today, next week, or any future date.

Creating a schedule

You can create schedules through conversation:

"Every Monday at 9am, check my Gmail for unread emails and send me a summary on Slack"

"In 2 hours, follow up with the leads I imported today"

"Every weekday at 5pm, generate a report of today's activities"

Or manage them directly from the Schedule tab in the data panel.

How scheduled workflows run

When a schedule runs:

  1. The workflow starts with the full context you provided when creating it
  2. The supervisor agent evaluates the task and delegates to the appropriate agents
  3. Agents execute using your connected tools and current data
  4. Results are logged in the events feed
  5. Credits are consumed based on the actions taken

Scheduled workflows have the same capabilities as any conversation -- they can use all your connected tools, access your knowledge base, and reference your contacts.

Timezone support

All schedules respect your configured timezone. When you create a schedule saying "9am," it means 9am in your local timezone.

Track your schedules

The Schedule tab shows:

  • What's coming up -- When each schedule will run next
  • What's already run -- History of completed runs with status and results
  • On or off -- Turn schedules on or off without deleting them

Self-adapting schedules

Dynaris schedules can be intelligent. A workflow can create new schedules based on its results:

"Check my email every morning. If there are urgent messages, schedule follow-up calls for the afternoon."

The scheduling agent can dynamically create, modify, and cancel schedules as part of its execution.

Managing schedules

From the Schedule tab you can:

  • View all active and paused schedules
  • See execution history for each schedule
  • Pause or resume individual schedules
  • Delete schedules you no longer need
  • View the next scheduled run time
