Contacts Tab
The Contacts tab in the right panel is your built-in contact manager. View, search, add, and edit contacts. Every interaction from Email, Chat, and Voice is tied to a contact -- and the Contacts tab is where you see and manage them all in one place.
What You See
- Contact list -- All contacts with name, email, company, status
- Search -- Full-text search across all fields
- Inline editing -- Click any field to update it
- Status -- Pending, in progress, completed
- Follow-up dates -- Scheduled follow-ups for each contact
Key Actions

Contacts and the Triumvirate
Contacts are shared across Email, Chat, and Voice. When a lead emails you, the email agent creates or matches a contact. When they call, the voice agent attaches the call to the same contact. When they message on WhatsApp, the chat agent updates the same record. The Contacts tab shows the unified view -- one contact, all touches from every channel.
