Files Tab

The Files tab in the right panel is your workspace file browser. Upload, view, and manage documents and assets. Your AI agents can read, create, and modify files as part of their workflows.

What You See

• File list -- All files with name, type, size, upload date
• Thumbnails -- Preview for images, PDFs, documents
• Quick actions -- Open, download, delete
• Upload area -- Drag and drop or click to upload

Supported Formats

• Documents -- PDF, Word (.docx), text
• Spreadsheets -- Excel (.xlsx), CSV
• Images -- PNG, JPEG, GIF, SVG
• Presentations -- PowerPoint
• Data -- JSON, XML, YAML

Agent File Operations

Agents can work with files during conversations:

"Read the sales report I uploaded and create a summary"

"Export my contacts as a CSV file"

"Generate a quarterly review document from my spreadsheets"

Results appear in the Files tab. The same files are available to Email, Chat, and Voice agents -- one file store, shared across the triumvirate.
